Lord of all the earth declares God’s dominion over the entire world. When Joshua spoke this name of God, Israel were about to enter the Promised Land for the first time and begin a campaign of conquest. The name was a foundation for their faith. God possessed the entire world; He was quite capable of giving them the land of Canaan as their own.
