My Light

In the Bible, light is often associated with the presence of God. Light brightens up dark places, exposing evil and danger and eliminating deception and falsehood.

Some rabbis thought that “Light” was a title for the coming Messiah (Christ).

There are several similar names of God: God is also called the light of Israel and David also called Him, “My lamp.” Jesus (Yeshua‘) said “I am the light of the world.”
