Physician

There is no record of Jesus (Yeshua‘) ever being called Physician. But Jesus predicted that the people of Nazareth would taunt Him using that title. In a way, a similar thing happened when Jesus was crucified; religious leaders mocked Him, “He saved others, let Him save Himself and come down from the cross.”

It is an entirely appropriate name of Jesus because Jesus healed so many people. His miracles of restored health surpassed anything that the physicians of the time could accomplish.

Jesus predicted that people would speak a proverb to Him, "Physician, heal yourself" (Luke 4:23). A picture of the Greek text.
