There is no record of Jesus (Yeshua‘) ever being called Physician. But Jesus predicted that the people of Nazareth would taunt Him using that title. In a way, a similar thing happened when Jesus was crucified; religious leaders mocked Him, “He saved others, let Him save Himself and come down from the cross.”
It is an entirely appropriate name of Jesus because Jesus healed so many people. His miracles of restored health surpassed anything that the physicians of the time could accomplish.

Jesus said to [the congregation of the synagogue in Nazareth], “Surely you will quote this proverb to me: ‘Physician, heal yourself!’ And you will tell me, ‘Do here in your hometown what we have heard that you did in Capernaum.’” (Luke 4:23)
In the Old Testament, God is called the LORD, who heals you.
