Son of the Most High

God is called the Most High throughout the Bible. The Hebrew word ‘Elyon is translated as Most High, and ’El ‘elyon and ’Elohim ‘elyon are Most High God. Son of the Most High is a natural alternative name of Jesus, the Son of God. This is a title that we can share with Jesus (Yeshua‘) if we love our enemies and give to others with no expectation of repayment (Luke 6:35).
