Tower of deliverance

Tower of deliverance is one way of translating this Hebrew phrase. Along with several other names of God, it indicates that God is a place of refuge for His people. The Hebrew word yeshu‘ot is one of several words that denote salvation or deliverance. It is a plural word, so it literally means “deliverances.” God repeatedly brings salvation and deliverance to His people.
